Provision of Energy Related Services & addressing of Backlog Maintenance as a performance contract

SHSC are looking for a preferred partner to undertake a review of their estate and subsequent implementation of more energy efficient technologies and eliminate as much of the high risk backlog maintenance as possible. All of which will be undertaken as an Energy and/or Backlog Maintenance Performance based contract where potential guarantees are required on the performance of the service, either in; kilowatt hours and or cash terms and or Carbon terms.
