This contract was directly awarded to the Supplier after UKRI failed to find a suitable contractor in the open market to undertake the required works. This requirement was therefore awarded under Regulation 32. UKRI went out to full Open tender in August 2019 (our ref FM19219) for this requirement but we did not receive any compliant bids.
