Provision of General Practice Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) for Lot 1: Tilbury Health Centre, Chadwell Medical Centre, Dilip Sabnis Medical Centre and LOT 2 Thurrock Health Centre

NHS England is seeking to identify a provider(s) who will deliver GP Services for patients in Thurrock under an Alternative Primary Medical Services (APMS) contract only (one separate APMS Contract per lot). The successful Bidder will need to demonstrate that they can deliver service(s) of a continuously high-quality and will be responsive to the needs of the local population.
