There are also properties at Police Headquarters and Unit 2 that require specific habitat management. The Commissioner shall require the contractor to undertake programmed work and to also provide quotations for some un-programmed work such as tree maintenance during the period of the contract. The specification is to be flexible to meet any changes to the Commissioner’s contract requirements including tree works, surveys or biodiversity enhancement projects.
