NHS England seeks bids from providers who have the capability to deliver Health Needs Assessments (HNAs) for those males in adult secure prisons in Surrey (HMP High Down and HMP Coldingley). Each HNA will, as a minimum:  Investigate the full range of health needs and report on the epidemiology of health problems experienced by the prison population.
