Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) for the Provision of in house training for the Diploma in Procurement & Supply (CIPS level 4). Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have an established procurement and supplies department based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
