Provision of internal courier services

The Supplier must provide a Next Day service offering daily secure Visits to all the Sites. The types and volumes of Items will vary at each of the Sites. The Customer requires that each Site receives a scheduled timed Visit within the constraints provided, which must be adhered to at all times. The Supplier will not be required to make Collections and Deliveries at weekends or UK / Northern Ireland bank holidays other than by special arrangement. Where office closures on a bank holiday differ between England & Wales and Scotland, Visits should continue to Sites that are not affected by the bank holiday.
