Provision of Lift Maintenance Services and Reactive Works

Provision of lift maintenance services, including statutory servicing, planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, emergency call-out services and condition surveys across Coventry University Group sites. The contract was awarded through the NOE CPC Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM) Framework, Lot 9 - Lifts, Hoists and Escalators. The stated contract value relates to the planned maintenance services and reactive maintenance provision included within the tendered pricing for the initial contract term. Additional reactive works may be instructed during the contract period in accordance with the agreed schedule of rates and operational requirements.
