Provision of Minor Works

The Works involve the appointment of a Contractor to work with the Contracting Authority to undertake a variety of Works within the Contracting Authorities' sites over an anticipated 4 year term with, at the Contracting Authorities sole election, the possibility of a years extension. The full term in any event will be no longer than 5 years. The individual Orders range from £1,000 to £75,000 in value (excluding VAT) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue Orders outside of these values from time to time.
