The Council’s Benefit Service is currently going through a service redesign and therefore requires the service of experienced Assessment officers to support the service. The Benefit Service deals with all aspects of the benefit claim, from receipt through to payment and, where necessary, the appeals process, recovery process and all anti fraud work.
