Aligned to the PCN Maturity Matrix, SCW is supporting the development of Primary Care Networks. SCW's Primary Care team is a leading provider of Primary Care expertise, particularly in the context of Primary Care Transformation. The current OD team in SCW is small in number and demand is progressively increasing. SCW is looking for additional OD expertise to support a range of OD activities with a particular focus on the development of Primary Care Networks including Clinical Director Development Programmes and the provision of bespoke PCN development initiatives.
