The provider must be able to supply parking charge notices devices, collect payments and manage the end-to-end process. A contract for 3 years will initially be put in place with 2 optional extension years, for a total of 5 years from August 2025. Supply of ticket issuing devices, management of system and a secure method of collecting payments
