Blackpool Council wish to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid. Please note that the qualifications deemed satisfactory for engineers employed on this contract will be qualified electricians who hold C&G 18th Edition and also hold City and Guilds 2377-22 or equivalent.
