Medway Adult Education have used the AQUA MIS, based on Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding rules and regulations, for the past 20 years. As the incumbent provider is no longer able to supply the software, the current contract will terminate on 31st March 2019, and the Council is therefore looking to procure a replacement system in order to manage our provision and to produce funding claims from 1st April 2019.
