1. Corporate Services Benelux (CSB) shall pay the Contractor for the provision of security services, which shall include 1 or more unarmed security guards, with relevant training and experience, to control access to our two sites: Avenue d’Auderghem 10, Brussels (Embassy) and Rue Ducale 17, Brussels (Residence). The Contractor should also be able to provide armed guards (appropriately trained and licensed), when necessary and in compliance with local and international legislation. 2.
