The Council is also aiming to implement and pilot an improved self-access system in two of its neighbourhood libraries. The purpose of this tender exercise is to identify a supplier of such a product, to support a Proof of Concept “(POC)” approach to this technology to allow the Council to determine the benefit of the system selected and subject to capital budget allocations decide whether this is rolled out to other Libraries beyond the initial POC tender (LOT 2)
