The University of Warwick has a requirement for a large-scale survey of mental health and well-being practices among employers in both Sweden LOT -1 and Ireland LOT - 2. The aim is to provide a representative picture of how Swedish / Irish employers of all sizes and sectors are supporting good mental health and well-being among their workforces. We are also interested in how this is impacting on business performance and other aspects of firms’ operations.
