Provision of Street Drinkers Research

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBB) is looking to commission an experienced provider to work within the borough to engage with street drinkers and our existing services and agencies to collect information, create profiles, highlight issues and make recommendations including the possibility and benefits of the establishment of a full-time outreach street drinker role.
