Provision of Street-Scene Cleaning Services to Taunton Deane Borough Council and West Somerset Council

Tender are invited for the provision of a Street Scene Cleaning Service for Taunton Deane Borough Council and West Somerset Council. The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of 8 years commencing on 3rd October 2016. The Contract will contain provision to extend this initial term by a further 4 years until 30th September 2028 depending on the Contractors performance against the contractual KPI's. This procurement is being administered by Taunton Deane Borough Council on behalf of both Councils under the Joint Management and Shared Service program (JMASS) governance that exists between the two organisations.
