Provision of telecare equipment services

This procurement is being conducted jointly by Knightstone Housing Association and Selwood Housing Society (jointly the "Employer").The Employer uses telecare equipment to support individuals in their independent living and where the residents are vulnerable and/or need external support. The telecare equipment uses alarms and sensors linked to a communication device to enable remote monitoring.This tender is for contracts to provide servicing and maintenance of telecare equipment for 5 years with extension option for a further 5 years.
