3.1. The contract comprises four fundamental requirements: (i) develop the tennis centre into a lively, active meeting place that meets the diverse needs of both club members and the wider community; (ii) provide high standards of sports provision (Tennismark+ within 12 months); (iii) invest capital to develop the sports centre with the aim of maximising the use of and revenue generated from the facilities and their surroundings; and (iv) provide consistently high standards of catering at Hyde Park including a defined menu style offering customers value for money. TRP's aim is to provide customers with a simple but contemporary menu, made from high quality ingredients.
