Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (BMBC) are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced companies to manage the reprocessing and recycling of paper, card and mixed recyclates. The Authority has a number of bring banks which it is also seeking a collection service for and also runs a commercial recycling collection service for separated paper and cardboard.
