The contractor shall pay particular attention to L8 'The control of legionella bacteria in water systems' Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (HSG274) and CIBSE TM13:2013 minimising the risk of Legionnaire's disease. Inspections will be carried out on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, please refer to Annual planner for confirmation of timetable.
