Provision of Window Cleaning Services

The Trust is seeking to secure a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years to provide a window cleaning service. The scope of the service is to cover the main Trust hospital buildings, Hartington mental health unit, the Trusts Clay Cross site and the Trusts Buxton Health site. The Trust expects the regularity of these cleans to be scheduled evenly throughout the year: • Trust main hospital buildings – one per quarter • Trust residences – every six months • Hartington Mental health Unit – every six months • Clay Cross Site – Once per year • Buxton Health Site – Once per year The Trust will require the Window Cleaning Service contractor to provide a schedule det…
