There are three separate Lots and each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Contractors do not have to bid on all Lots. The three Lots are: • Lot 1 - Council Offices in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. • Lot 2 – Sheltered schemes located throughout the Borough of Broxtowe. • Lot 3 – Hostels located throughout the Borough of Broxtowe.
