Sandwell MBC require a suitable contractor to provide a comprehensive health assessment service alongside the standard NHS Health Check programme for 5000 employees in the borough who are not eligible for the standard NHS Health Checks; 2500 employees in Period 1 (October 2016 to March 2017) and 2500 employees in Period 2 (April 2017 to March 2018).
