There is 1 number culvert in the Allerdale Area, 1 number culvert in the Copeland area, 2 number culverts in the Carlisle area, 11 number culverts in the South Lakes Area and 10 number culverts in the Eden Area. A full principal bridge inspection in accordance with BD 63/07 and the management of highway structures (code of practice) is required for each culvert.
