Purchase of Growth Cabinets at Lancaster University

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this further competition for the supply, delivery and installation of Controlled Environment Plant Growth Cabinets. We seek growth cabinets with high light availability for standard plant growth. Specifically, our experiments will require stepped control of light from maximum/close-to-maximum intensity, to shade-like conditions, multiple times in a day. Ideally, these simulations of a sun-shade regime will not result in significant disturbance of background temperature and relative humidity, which will need to be appropriate for tropical crops.
