QU016 - Provision of Project Management for Birmingham Hospitals/University and NEC Master Plans

Birmingham City Council is looking to commission a Project Manager to provide effective project management to support the preparation of the two Masterplans. The Project Manager will support the City Council by managing interrelated and parallel streams of work delivering the Birmingham Hospitals and University Masterplan and the NEC Masterplan. The role will be 3 days per week (or equivalent to meet workload demands). The individual proposed for this role should have experience of managing programmes of work- including the preparation of masterplans- across the urban environment, liaising with a number of stakeholders and statutory authorities, and all aspects of project management. …
