QU041 - Provision of Edgbaston Reservoir Masterplan

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of a Masterplan for Edgbaston Reservoir which will be used to inform future enhancement of the area known as land around and including Edgbaston Reservoir, as identified on the attached plan, edged red, taking into consideration the economic, health, nature conservation/ecology and physical objectives. The plan should define a commercially viable project, and be used to co-ordinate various technical studies, assist with funding bids and identify a programme and timetable to meet its objectives.
