Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to provide strategic advice regarding land holdings in Bromsgrove. Bromsgrove DC is likely to begin a Green Belt review shortly. The City Council has significant land interests within Bromsgrove which could be brought forward for development if the land is released as part of the next review of the Bromsgrove Local Plan.
