QU097 - Provision of Food Inspections for Regulation and Enforcement

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Food inspections for Regulations and Enforcement. The Provider will be appointed as an agent to provide Food Officers ("Officers") who have powers to enter and inspect food outlets and will be required to undertake food standards inspections, health and safety hazard spotting and make checks regarding commercial disposal of refuse in accordance with Duty of Care legislation.
