QU147 - Evaluation of USE-IT! Urban Innovative Actions Project

Birmingham City Council (BCC) requires a supplier for the provision of the service of 'Evaluator', for the Urban Innovation Action project - Unlocking Social and Economic Innovation Together (USE-IT!). As part of the USE-IT! Project, Birmingham City Council is looking to commission an evaluator to examine all elements of project activity. The selected evaluator will act as a critical friend of the project, reporting on its activities, findings, project impact and added value, recording participant journeys and supporting the Project Manager in the organisation of the Challenge Panel.
