The Council requires a contractor to work with the Interim Chief Executive and Council Leadership Team as they develop a collective vision/ambition statement and strategic planning framework for the Council that engages partners and builds collective leadership amongst system leaders around a clear set of shared goals. This initiative will sit alongside excellent delivery of core services that the city relies upon and the evolving work of the City Board.
