Quantity Surveying/Project Management Services for Scottish Capital Assessments, ref: BIG001-0622

The Big Lottery Fund’s Capital team in Scotland requires a suitably qualified service provider to assist with the assessment process for both stage 1 and stage 2 applications to the Fund’s capital grant programmes. Current capital programmes in Scotland are Growing Community Assets, Life Transitions and 21st Century Life. Assessments at stage 1 may cover other funding programmes. Programmes may be removed or added during the course of the Contract. The purpose of these assessments is to give non-technical funding staff an evaluation of the credibility of the applications in terms of technical issues.
