Quotation for Change Management Training 2 - As part of a new initiative to support and manage 'Change' on a widespread scale throughout our organisation, Sandwell Council is forming a Change Academy. As part of the Change Academy project, we have chosen to facilitate training interventions around Change Management, both foundation and practitioner level. This training will be required to prepare managers, to have the ability to advance their effective leadership styles adopting practices to manage and coach their employees undergoing change.
