Quotation for Primary Tank Cleansing The Council has a requirement for the provision of primary tank cleansing at three of its residential centres located outside of the Borough and three locations within the Borough. The Council's annual expenditure on these services is estimated to be £20,000. This figure is based on previous expenditure and is intended as a guide to assist in the preparation of this quotation. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure.
