Recruitment & Retention Strategy

Bradford Council is committed to improving educational outcomes for all the children across the district and is investing resource over the next 3 year period (2015-2018) to attract the best teachers and leaders to the District and then retain them. The Council is looking for a Supplier to provide Recruitment and Retention Strategy services. It is expected that this resource will be provided exclusively for Bradford Council and be based at Margaret McMillan Tower, Bradford over a three day period each week (in school term time) as agreed with the Council.
