Red Kite Community Housing Decorations and Repairs Contract

Red Kite sought expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Contractors for the provision of decoration and repair works across its property portfolio comprising c. 6,700 dwellings. Red Kite sought to appoint a single Contractor under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of 5 years: the Contract was due run for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend by up to two further periods of 1 year.
