The Works comprise the refurbishment of three Classrooms and shall include: Removal of partition walls to extend classrooms; Construction of new partitions complete with new doorsets; Blocking up existing opening and forming of new; Floor and wall finishes including the redecoration to existing areas; Mechanical and Electrical Installations. The Contractor is directed to the drawings and specification to identify the exact nature, extent and location of the works.
