Works to include: structural repairs/localised building/replacement of existing vertical tile hanging, roof covering and decking, insulation and rendering, redecoration, maintenance and cosmetic works to first floor bedroom pods at 29No domestic dwellings, commencing 21st September 2015 and completing on or before 31st March 2016.
