Refurbishment of Coventry Fire House

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority has a requirement to refurbish the Fire House at Coventry Fire Station. The works will include adding two new burn rooms, resurface of the yard, electrical works, adding an external pallet store and general building improvements. It is anticipated that the works will commence by Mid November and be completed by the end of March 2020. The specification and pricing schedule include additional requirements which would only be selected if can be incorporated within the budget of £250,000.
