The essential works will include adding two new burn rooms, resurface of the yard, ad-hoc repairs and general building improvements. In addition to the essential works are two additional requirements that will be included in the contract if within budget. Additional works 1 is to refurbish the training building and Additional works 2 is to add two more burns rooms to the basement.
