The Authority has a requirement to refurbish the Fire House at Coventry Fire Station. The works will include adding two new burn rooms, resurface of the yard, electrical works, adding an external pallet store and general building improvements. It is anticipated that the works will commence by December 2019 and be completed by the end of March 2020. The tender was originally published in August 2019 but was withdrawn due to the need to make changes to the specification. These changes are outlined in the Specification document in red.
