Refurbishment of St Mary’s C of E Primary School Annex, East Street, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the East Street Annex at St Mary’s C of E Primary School. The works will include: • Structural repairs to the fronts elevations. • New rainwater goods. • New electrics throughout. • New heating system. • New toilets. • Internal fit-out throughout. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Contract.
