The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. The works will be split over four lots: Lot 1 - Roofing (inc pointing/guttering etc) Lot 2 - Groundworks (inc external works/drainage etc) Lot 3 - Targeted Repairs (healthy homes/general repairs/disrepair) Lot 4 – Void Cleaning & Clearance One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money, bidders are only permitted to bid for one lot.
