Removal and Replacement of classroom ceilings - Henry Green Primary School

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is now inviting expressions of interest for “Constructionline” and CHAS approved contractors to be shortlisted to a final list of four contractors to take part in the above project. The Works The project entails the following works: • Supply an internal scaffold to gain access to a classroom ceiling • Remove and set aside all electrical lighting currently fitted on the ceiling • Possibility of new lighting to be fitted in ceiling • Gain access to the loft areas and remove/set aside any insulation that is sitting between the joists • Remove lath and plaster ceilings to complete classroom • Renew in plaster board and skim • Complete…
