Removal of existing Chrysotile sheet pitched roof with a total area of approximately 400 sqm and replacement with insulated panels or similar. There are 3 parts to the work as follows. The date for the work is to be agreed but must be completed by end of March 2021. Part 1 - Pitched roof replacement Remove existing asbestos Chrysotile roof panels and under cladding. Replace with Kingspan KS1000 RW or KS2000 RW quad core trapezoidal insulated roof panels (or similar with 40 year guarantee minimum) with XL Forte coating. Thermal performance U value to be minimum of 0.018 W/m2K. Fire rating- Euroclass B,S1,D0. (See note 1). Existing skylights (See note 2) to be replaced by Kingspan Day-Lite polycarbonate roof panels (or similar).
