The London Borough of Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development of 49 new social rent homes (20 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed, 10 x 3 bed, and 2 x 4 bed) with 4 wheelchair accessible homes and associated landscaping and 278 works a site located at Rennie Estate, London, SE16 3PF.
