Rental of refurbished or new laptops conforming to, or equivalent to, Lenovo T460 specifications to enable specific CPS OS build to be loaded without supplier rework. CPS is invoking regulation 32(2)(c) under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.32(2) as describe in the PPN 01/20 note. Said supplier exists as a registered provider ref:T1465 on the CCS COVID-19: Catalogue of suppliers.
